A discapito dei numerosi rumor emersi negli ultimi mesi, frutto dei numerosi ritardi che il titolo ha avuto, THQ Nordic è lieta di comunicare che la versione WiiU di Darksiders: Warmastered Edition non è stata cancellata e che sarà acquistabile a partire dal prossimo 23 maggio 2017 al prezzo (davvero economico) di €19.99. Il gioco, infatti, era stato pubblicato all’inizio dell’anno sia in formato fisico che in digitale su tutte le altre piattaforme e si era letteralmente persa ogni traccia della versione WiiU.
Considerando la presenza del secondo episodio di quella che si spera sia una trilogia portata al termine, siamo molto felici di come gli sviluppatori abbiano deciso di supportare nuovamente WiiU nonostante il suo destino sia stato segnato ormai da quando Nintendo ha deciso di concentrare tutte le sue risorse sulla nuova arrivata Switch.
